Myrtle Beach, SC Pet Drive
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, The Lettermen will take the stage once again at the spectacular Alabama Theatre in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
We have added an exciting element to this performance. The LCP has partnered with the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
Seeing the need for an agency in North Myrtle Beach to address the issue of homeless animals, on July 1, 2001, a group of dedicated volunteers opened The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
Their mission is to find loving and permanent homes for abandoned animals; provide first rate veterinary care through our experienced, local veterinarians; offer low cost spay and neuter programs for dogs and cats, and to reach out to children, teachers, and parents through the education of pet responsibility.

The Lettermen Support Willow Tree Missions

Monday, December 4, 2023, will be a very special day for The Lettermen. We will be showcasing our support of Willow Tree Missions by presenting a benefit concert to aid their organization located in Monticello, IL, hometown of our own Bobby Poynton.
​
Willow Tree Missions is a 501c(3) non-profit, Christ-centered organization and they are dedicated to eliminating domestic violence and abuse for everyone in Piatt County, Illinois.
“Our mission is to provide vital assistance to Piatt County families affected by domestic violence in the following ways:
Provide prevention, escape, transition, and recovery services for victims of domestic violence.
Offer temporary shelter for residents of Piatt County who are victims of domestic abuse.
Provide short-term transitional resources for families affected by domestic violence.”

To accomplish these goals Willow Tree Missions offers advocacy and education for the elimination of domestic violence in Piatt County, operates Willow Tree Missions Resale Shops to support the funding of their domestic violence programs and services, and impacts the local community by providing safer, better futures for their clients, customers, and friends.
In conjunction with this benefit concert, the LCP will be hosting a Home Goods Drive to help furnish two new housing locations for Willow Tree Missions. Our Amazon Wish List is stocked with a wide variety of items needed which include cleaning supplies, office supplies, bedding sets, pillows, towels, toiletries, socks, table settings, cookware, kitchen gadgets, rugs, laundry supplies, laundry baskets, throw blankets, hangers, brooms, mops, crib sheets, baby bottles and sippy cups.
